for cardiovascular disease. Some scientific studies have shown oat fiber
to increase the size of LDL particles.
Trans Fatty Acids must be eliminated from the diet. Consumption of dietary trans fatty acids (FAs) is associated with
reducing the size of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol
particles there by reducing longevity.

Today, scientific research continues to document that vitamins and
minerals can positively affect health and prevent disease.
The above examples are the only ones we found with
documented impact on LDL particle size. We look forward to providing new
information demonstrating additional means of changing LDL particle size based
on our research projects.
